1Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document governs your use of the 577 online entertainment platform, including all games, services, mobile apps, and other features provided under the 577.ad domain. These Terms take effect as soon as you access or register an account on our platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the 577 platform. Continued use of our platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use 577 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the account registration date.
• Not subject to any legal prohibition against participating in online entertainment activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Never previously had an account closed or suspended by platform 577 for a terms violation.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

577 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be required before any withdrawal is processed or when account activity reaches certain thresholds. Documents commonly required include a national ID, bank statement, or recent proof of address.

3Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 577 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all associated accounts will be closed if this violation is detected.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
• Ensure that all registered personal information is accurate, up to date, and complete.
• Notify 577 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• All activity occurring under your account, whether carried out by you or any other party.

577 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Accounts that remain inactive for 180 consecutive days may be subject to a maintenance fee or closure in accordance with current platform policy.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Platform 577 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, TNG eWallet and other methods available on your account dashboard. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels with full encryption.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page.
• Deposits are processed automatically within minutes upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 577 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.

Withdrawal:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be converted to cash.

• 577 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through dishonest means or in violation of the spirit of the promotion.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

6Game Rules

All games available on the 577 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent international certification bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and fair for all players.

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 577 will endeavour to restore the game to its last valid state. If this cannot be done, the bet will be returned to the member's account.
• Members are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection while playing. 577 is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Any attempt to manipulate or exploit bugs in games is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.

Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface. These limits may differ for VIP members compared to standard members.

7Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a safe and fair gaming environment for all members, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the 577 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.

8Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering, or platform security.
• Self-suspension requests submitted by the member through the responsible gaming tools.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the 577 support team via live chat or email. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

9Liability Cap

Platform 577 and its parent company, directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred while using the platform, including losses from gameplay.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, or technical failures beyond our control.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Malay version and any other translation of this document, the Malay version shall prevail and supersede all other versions.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising in connection with them are subject to the applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures established by the platform.
